Hi. I'm just jumping on today to talk about the new HR laws that have taken effect in the state of California since it's January. We know that some things are changing, but is your facility up to date? The state law. This SB 778 requires that all employees have one hour of sexual harassment training for non supervisory employees and two hours of training for all supervisors. There are some exceptions in the past, but those exceptions don't exist anymore. So are you sure that your facilities up to date? Regardless of the length of employment, whether it's a temporary or full time assignment, those employees need to be trained if you have more than five people in your facility. That means if you use an agency, those employees need to be trained on sexual harassment. It is required that it is a one hour paid training. It's important that you have this conversation with the staffing agency you are utilizing to talk about what the training is gonna look like and provide the space required to offer the training. Now, just also remember, because it's a one hour paid training, you're gonna want to carve time into that employees first two weeks to complete the training. Otherwise, we're gonna be dealing with some overtime hours that i'm guessing, you probably don't want to see on your timecard as a big surprise. If you build that into the plan in the first two weeks for the employee, you're not going to be caught off guard when you get one hour of overtime on your schedule, because you can plan for it and built for it. And make sure that that doesn't happen. Do you need help? And resource is to make this training happen. Give us a call. Would love to give you the resources you need share with you some of the companies providing this great training and see if we can't get you a really good place to get this done quickly and effectively some really great training opportunities out there, that are cost effective, very, very easy to accomplish and really accommodate for manufacturing warehouse type environments. I hope you find that helpful. I hope your facilities up to date, but if it's not, give us a call we'll help you get there. Have a good day.
